How do I use the HTML form generator?
Change the title and question labels, choose an answer type and mark required questions. Try the preview, then download the file. Double-click the downloaded file to open your local demo. You can edit the HTML directly or ask your AI to change it.
Is this generated with AI?
This page assembles the starter HTML and build prompt in your browser. It makes no AI call and needs no signup. You choose when to share the prompt and file with an AI service; that service may have its own limits or costs.
What does the downloadable skill do?
It gives a compatible coding agent a repeatable workflow for form design, conditional questions, storage and publication. It contains instructions, not an AI model or a hosted backend. Your agent still needs your project, requirements and any approved service setup.
Can I publish this and collect real responses?
